Refund Policy

Due to limited enrollment, staffing commitments, curriculum preparation, facility reservations, and the purchase of program materials, all camp registrations are final.

 

Refunds

• All registration fees and camp tuition are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed days, illness, scheduling conflicts, vacations, behavioral dismissals, or early withdrawal from the program.

• Camp fees may not be transferred to another participant.

 

Camp Cancellation by Organizer
If a camp session is canceled by the program due to insufficient enrollment, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond our control, families will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to another available camp session.

 

Emergency Exceptions
Requests for exceptions due to extraordinary circumstances may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of the program and is not guaranteed.

 

By completing registration, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.
